Privacy Policy
What RaidLive collects, why we use it, and the controls available to you.
Effective July 21, 2026Information we collect
We collect account information such as email, display name, password hash, verification status, subscription status, and security records; profile information you choose to publish; connected platform, Discord, referral, shop, schedule, branding, and overlay information; follows, reports, support messages, and basic activity such as profile views and link clicks.
Location, Discord communities, creator shops, reminders, and public visibility are optional and remain hidden unless you enable them.
How we use information
We use information to provide profiles, discovery, stream status, overlays, Discord delivery, referrals, analytics, billing, moderation, security, support, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not sell personal information or use third-party behavioral advertising networks.
Cookies and measurement
RaidLive uses an essential HTTP-only session cookie, an optional referral cookie, and a random first-party anonymous visitor identifier for unique and returning analytics. The identifier contains no name, email, platform account, or precise location and is not created when a browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Age assurance and mature content
Mature profiles are excluded from public discovery and search indexing by default. Before displaying one, RaidLive asks the visitor to confirm that they are at least 18. We store only a first-party confirmation cookie for 30 days—not a birth date, government identifier, biometric template, or identity document.
Creators declare their profile rating. Administrators may correct a rating, limit visibility, suspend or ban an account, revoke sessions, and record the action. Explicit sexual content remains prohibited regardless of age confirmation.
Payments and providers
Stripe processes payment details and subscription transactions; RaidLive receives identifiers, status, billing interval, and limited transaction information needed to manage access. Hosting, email, backup, monitoring, and security providers process data only to provide their services. Public embeds and links can cause their providers to receive information under their own policies.
Retention and security
Account and creator data is kept while the account is active. Operational, security, billing, referral, moderation, and backup records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, and service integrity. We use encrypted transport, password hashing, login throttling, access controls, encrypted secrets, backups, and administrative audit logs.
Your choices and requests
You can change visibility, hide optional details, disconnect services, export data, change your password, sign out all sessions, manage billing, or delete your account. You may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about our handling of personal information. We verify requests before acting.
European and California rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to RaidLive, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and appeal or complain to a regulator. California residents may also have rights concerning sale, sharing, and sensitive personal information. RaidLive does not sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising and honors applicable browser-based opt-out signals.
We minimize age-assurance data, keep profiles unlisted by default, and do not display precise location by default. Submit a request to privacy@raidlive.com.
Young users
RaidLive is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it when appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. Contact privacy@raidlive.com.
