Terms of Service
The ground rules for creating an account and using RaidLive.
Effective July 21, 2026Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use RaidLive and old enough to consent to the service under the law where you live; otherwise a parent or legal guardian must provide any consent required by applicable law. Mature profiles are restricted to visitors who confirm they are at least 18. Provide accurate information, safeguard your password, and tell us about unauthorized access.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant RaidLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, format, display, and promote it only as needed to operate, secure, market, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law; infringe rights; impersonate, harass, or exploit people; expose private information; distribute malware; manipulate traffic; evade moderation; or use RaidLive for fraud, spam, or dangerous activity. Pornography, sexual services, sexual exploitation, grooming, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited. Creators must accurately label mature themes.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise, completed periods are non-refundable. We may correct billing errors or issue discretionary refunds.
Connected services and commerce
Third-party platforms, payment services, Discord communities, and creator stores are governed by their providers. Creators remain responsible for products, fulfillment, taxes, refunds, customer service, and claims.
Moderation and termination
We may correct ratings, remove content, disable integrations, limit visibility, revoke sessions, suspend or ban accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people, comply with law, or maintain the service.
Service and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, integrations, traffic, income, search ranking, or third-party APIs. RaidLive is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
